Looking up prAna? Begin with the contact’s stated purpose and the market it serves. For a product enquiry, note the model, size or item reference. The linked provider remains responsible for any decision about your request.
prAna’s customer-support page brings together phone, chat and articles on returns, shipping and product questions. Before sending an item back, use the route intended for the place where it was bought and read the current return instructions.
An order confirmation identifies the purchase more precisely than a product name alone.
Check whether the purchase was made online, in a store or through a marketplace.
Keep the seller’s order number separate from the parcel tracking code.
