An independent reference. Amber Almanac is not Minted’s customer service team. The number above belongs to the company; we do not connect or forward calls.
For an enquiry to Minted, the details you prepare can determine which contact is appropriate. For a product enquiry, note the model, size or item reference. Dates beside contacts record evidence reviews, not live call availability.
Minted lists a US phone and messaging options for problems with received orders. Its team assesses return and replacement requests individually. Keep the design and order details ready; the contact listing does not imply an automatic replacement or refund.
Check whether the purchase was made online, in a store or through a marketplace.
Keep the seller’s order number separate from the parcel tracking code.
For a product enquiry, note the model, size or item reference.
