For an enquiry to HOKA, the details you prepare can determine which contact is appropriate. An order confirmation identifies the purchase more precisely than a product name alone. A directory entry does not give its publisher access to a customer account.

HOKA’s US help center lists calls, text messages and live chat, plus separate links for returns, order status and warranty. A fit question is different from a product defect, so describe the concern clearly. Purchases made through another seller may require that seller’s return process.
Check whether the purchase was made online, in a store or through a marketplace.
Keep the seller’s order number separate from the parcel tracking code.
