An independent reference. Amber Almanac is not Free People’s customer service team. The number above belongs to the company; we do not connect or forward calls.
The Free People listing brings together documented channels and the context attached to them. For a product enquiry, note the model, size or item reference. A contact listing is not an assurance that a particular outcome will be offered.

Free People publishes telephone, chat and text routes for shopping enquiries. Its return instructions distinguish standard orders from marketplace, vintage and other special purchases. Check the receipt and product listing before choosing a return route, and keep photographs inside the company’s private conversation.
Keep the seller’s order number separate from the parcel tracking code.
For a product enquiry, note the model, size or item reference.
Request return instructions before mailing an unwanted or damaged item.
